Holy Family High School students, faculty, staff and community members give back in big and small ways throughout the year. All students are involved in the Apostolic Ministry Program that guides them through their high school years in ways of sharing their gifts of time, talent and treasure with those in their family, parish and community.

Watch the News webpage as we highlight different ways our community members give back.

How may I make my gift to Holy Family High School?

  • CASH - The most common method of support, usually in the form of a check made payable to Holy Family High School
  • CREDIT CARD - Gifts may be billed directly to your Visa or MasterCard
  • STOCK - Gifts of stock may be transferred to Holy Family, avoiding any capital gains tax.
  • PROPERTY - Gifts of real or personal property may be contributed, including auto donations through Cars Helping Charities.
  • GIFTS IN KIND - Donations of equipment, materials and special services are always greatly appreciated. Click here to view our current Wish List.
  • MATCHING GIFT - Many companies match gifts made by their employees. Please consult with your employer to determine if both you and Holy Family may benefit.
  • ONE BRICK AT A TIME- Honor a graduating senior, current student, alumni, teacher, coach or friend with a personalized brick which will be displayed on the north side of the building near the baseball field and football stadium. Click HERE for an order form.

Gifts planned for the future include:

  • A BEQUEST This is a gift made by a provision in one’s will naming Holy Family High School as a beneficiary. It can reduce estate taxes.
  • A GIFT ANNUITY This gift allows the donor to receive benefits for his/her life-time and to qualify for a charitable tax deduction. This form of support is attractive when one has highly appreciated assets.
  • CHARITABLE REMAINDER OR UNITRUST - This form of support transfers assets to a trustee, who in turn manages the trust and pays an income back to the donor for life or for a specified time. When the trust terminates, the remainder passes to Holy Family. A unitrust has a fixed percentage of actual trust value. Benefits for either include an income tax deduction which avoids Capital gains tax, as well as an estate tax reduction.
  • LIFE INSURANCE If Holy Family is named as the owner and beneficiary of a life insurance policy, the premiums become tax deductible.

Gifts to Holy Family High School are tax-deductible. Please consult your tax professional.
