Seniors - Class of 2014

Dear Parents,

As your student’s senior year approaches, you may be thinking about having senior pictures taken. This letter is to inform you of the specifications required for senior pictures for the Holy Family High School yearbook.

Please let your photographer know that seniors will need to turn in a wallet-size photo, in color, for the yearbook, with the approximate measurement of ½ to ¾ inch from the bridge of the nose to the tip of the chin.  We prefer that they may email an electronic version (.jpg) of the photo to yearbook@holyfamilyhs.com, but they may also submit a glossy finish, hard copy of the photo. We would also prefer that no logos, ads, or pets be included in the picture.

You are encouraged to schedule your senior’s portrait session in June or July, as photographers get very busy as the school year approaches.

The due date for senior pictures will be October 4, 2013.

It is preferable that the senior photos be submitted to the yearbook electronically via email at yearbook@holyfamilyhs.com, but hard copies with glossy finish will also be accepted.

Yearbook deadlines are set by Jostens and begin in the fall. Therefore, we must have the photographs turned in by the above date to ensure that they are printed in the yearbook.

PDA Ads

Information on “Public Display of Affection” ads (PDAs) that you may want to place in your student’s senior yearbook was enclosed on the Senior Yearbook letter that was mailed home to families. These ads give parents and other loved ones an opportunity to congratulate their student and show pride in the student’s achievements. If you would like to place an ad, please follow the specific guidelines explaining how to submit the PDA Order Form, and submit the form no later than November 1, 2013.
