Athletic programs at Holy Family High School are designed to promote the spiritual, physical, and social development of all participants.  Athletics provide an opportunity for leadership, a chance to serve the school and community, and develop talents not learned in the classroom.

Summer Camps and Workouts

Holy Family wrestling mini-camp: June 20-24 from noon – 2p. This camp will be primarily designed to introduce new wrestlers (6th – 8th grade and incoming 9th) to the HF wrestling program. We encourage participation from our existing team members to help run the camp, pick-up new techniques and improve fundamentals. 

b). Holy Family Team Camp hosting by the University of Wyoming in Laramie: Sunday, June 26th through Thursday, June 30th. This camp will facilitate a great mix of technique sessions and dual meet competitions- offering an abundance and variety of wrestling competition from Colorado, Wyoming, Utah and other states. c). Summer workouts: three areas of growth must be emphasized year-round in order to be a successful wrestler: strength, technique and conditioning. The degree to which one is committed to each of these in the off-season will determine one’s commitment and level of success during the regular season. We encourage participation in fall-sport conditioning, but this must be supplemented in the areas which are not emphasized within these sports. To assist this supplement, we will offer open-mat sessions during the week beginning the first week of July with at least one coach present to work on technique and provide some live wrestling. Days and times will be announced following the Wyoming camp.
