GIVING

The Development Department is devoted to building and strengthening Holy Family High School through the gifts and talents within our community of alumni, families and friends devoted to helping fulfill the school's mission.

GIFTING

Donations in support of Holy Family High School’s mission are accepted in many forms. Gifts are gladly welcomed for general support of the school (unrestricted purposes) or targeted to an area of special interest based on the wishes and intentions (restricted purposes) of any individual, family, company, organization or foundation. To discuss intentions for restricted gifts, please contact Martin Barrett. The final determination for acceptance of restricted gifts is made by the Holy Family Board of Members.

Monetary gifts are deposited and segregated into designated fund accounts based on the restrictions or non restrictions associated with the gift received. Accounting records are independently audited each year to ensure full accountability to our donors. Gifts to Holy Family High School should be considered a charitable tax-deductible contribution. Please consult your tax advisor for professional advice on this subject.

GIVING OPPORTUNITIES

Annual Appeal

Your gift matters. Your gift counts. From our earliest roots with Fr. Cornelius O'Farrell who initiated the building of the first Holy Family High School, and the Sisters of Loretto who served our community for so many years, this institution has known success and growth only through the combined sacrifices of the many hardworking people, united by their belief in the value of Catholic education. Your heartfelt financial support is necessary for us to continue to fulfill our mission and properly serve today's student body. Please click HERE to make a donation to this year’s Annual Appeal campaign.

Capital Projects

We want our students to attend school within a safe and pleasant environment. Therefore, we are committed to maintaining the school facilities, equipment and campus grounds in the best condition possible. Furthermore, our goal is to complete the long term capital projects slated on our master plan. If you wish to learn more about our maintenance program, master plan and/or capital needs, please contact Martin Barrett at martin.barrett@holyfamilyhs.com.

CATS (Community Alliance for Tiger Support)

The CATS program is designed to be a WIN - WIN for our community members. This program is a unique way for financial sponsors to pick and choose how they care to support Holy Family High School with only one financial solicitation per year. If they wish, CAT Members also receive a selection of advertising opportunities at sporting and fundraising events to promote their support for Holy Family High School. Contact Martin Barrett so that the Development Office can customize a CATS package for you.

Fundraising Projects

Each November is the time to order your Christmas greenery through the Holy Family Annual Christmas Tree, Wreath & Garland sale. This is a spirited project driven by the student body and faculty to raise money to provide for school expenses not supported through the standard tuition charges. To ensure delivery of your greenery for our next Christmas Season, click HERE for your order form.

August marks the time of year to order your cases of fresh Front-Range Peaches & Pears for canning, pies and/or to enjoy one at a time. Sales from this project are designated to the Athletic Department to support expenses incurred by the athletic program.

The GAP Program is a simple way for families with the financial means to reimburse the school for all or a greater portion of the actual cost of educating each of our students. The GAP is the difference between the tuition charged per student and the actual cost per student to educate each student.  To learn more about the GAP Program, contact Martin Barrett.

Currently, benefits may include an income tax deduction which avoids Capital gains tax, as well as an estate tax reduction.
  • GIFT ANNUITY This gift allows the donor to receive benefits for his/her life-time and to qualify for a charitable tax deduction. This form of support is attractive when one has highly appreciated assets.
