Job Summary: The Events Coordinator ensures the successful coordination of all annual school advancement events. This full-time position reports to the Director of Advancement and coordinates all arrangements for the Tiger Golf Classic, Tiger Gala, Annual Appeal, Tree and Wreath Fundraiser, Colorado Gives Day, and Capital Campaign. 

1. Negotiate agreements with vendors (catering, locations, AV.)
2. Work within the approved budget and prepare accurate records for accounting.
3. Coordinate all volunteer efforts for HFHS advancement events.
4. Continually evaluate events for cost savings and improvement.
5. Data entry in Raisers Edge database.
6. Serve on school committees as needed.
7. Work as a liaison between school and event committees.
8. Assist with other fundraising events and projects as needed, i.e., Back to School Night, Homecoming, Military Appreciation Night, Grandparents Breakfast, Alumni Weekend, Reunions, etc.
9. Work nights and weekends as needed.

Skills, Knowledge, Abilities:
Excellent relationships, time management, follow-up, logistics, multi-tasking, and hospitality skills are essential. Ability to change directions as needed. Plus a proven track record of working with a diverse amount of donors, parents, volunteers, students, faculty, and alumni.

Minimum Qualifications:
1. 3-5 years experience as Events Coordinator. Non-profit experience is preferred but not required.
2. Undergraduate degree is preferred but not required.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Raiser’s Edge Fundraising Package experience is preferred.
4. Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
5. Ability to lift 15 lbs.

Working Hours:
40 hours per week
Nights and weekends as needed

The Head Girls Lacrosse Coach will work under the supervision of the Athletic Director in accordance with Holy
Family’s mission and vision. The position objective is individual character and adult staff development. The
Head Coach must realize and appreciate the need for the program to work with other sports as a compliment
to the entire athletic department.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field
All applicants must have a current resume with a fully completed application. 

Provide instruction and coach students to develop skills and the ability to excel in lacrosse. Contribute to the
education program as a whole and to the growth of students involved in athletics so that they are successfully

Special Knowledge/Skills/Attributes:
- Must have experience or a desire to work in a Catholic school.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the game. 
- Extensive knowledge of current coaching techniques and procedures.
- Knowledge or ability to learn CHSAA rules.
- Demonstrated ability to instruct and supervise student-athletes.
- Utilization of technology is required.

Holy Family High School has a current opening for a part-time bus driver.

*Transport students to and from school activities during the week and some Saturdays
*Maintain a clean and mechanically sound bus at all times
*Perform inspections of the bus before and after each trip
*Obey all traffic laws
*Ensure safety of all students

Minimum Qualifications:
*HS Diploma or GED Preferred
*Valid Colorado CDL License required
*Must be able to pass a drug test
*Must pass physical examination
*No at fault accidents in the last 5 years
*Clean driving record
*Excellent Communication Skills
