Holy Family Middle School Spirit Clinic
Current 6-8 graders interested in Cheer or Poms dance are invited to Holy Family’s Middle School Spirit Clinic.
Wednesday, March 8
5:00 – 6:30 p.m.: Cheer
6:30 – 8:00 p.m.: Poms Dance
Participants can take part in either Cheer or Poms portions, or both! The fee is $25 for the entire evening.

The Holy Family Cheer and Poms coaching staff lead the clinic.
Poms participants will refine turns, work on jumps, and learn combos.
Cheer participants will learn jump techniques, fundamentals, and proper motions.
