Summer Strength & Conditioning

Holy Family’s Strength & Conditioning Summer Program is designed for current and incoming student-athletes. This training includes full-body strength work, linear speed, multi-directional agility, jump training, and mobility.

Sessions are age-specific, with programs for incoming 9th graders, 10-12th grade student-athletes, and even a separate program for 7-8th grade students.

Families can choose between 2-day and 3-day-per-week training options.

Each athlete will complete Performance Testing at the beginning and end of the summer session, measuring: Vertical Jump, Broad Jump, 10-Yard Dash, and 40-Yard Dash
