Our History
Holy Family High School first opened its doors in September 1922, staffed by the Sisters of Loretto. June 10, 1926 saw the first graduating class of eleven young men and women.

Holy Family, 1999
In 1999 Holy Family High School moved from its Denver location to a new home at 144th and Sheridan in Broomfield in order to allow for much needed expansion. We continue to serve students from Lakewood and Golden to Fort Collins and Greeley, and Boulder to Keenesburg.
Holy Family High School is situated on 52 acres of land on a hill overlooking the beautiful Rocky Mountains.
The school has 22 classrooms, four science laboratories, a multimedia library, two computer labs, a wireless infrastructure, a mobile computer lab, cafeteria, commons area, chapel,gymnasium, fitness room, theater, music room and a courtyard. Our campus includes fields for football, soccer, baseball and softball, and the St. Jude Track and Field complex.
