Students participate in yearly retreats, that are a cornerstone of spiritual growth and self-discovery.
Each year, students step away from their everyday routines to encounter God, reflect on His love, and
discern His plans for their lives.

Dance Tickets

Tickets for school dances, including Homecoming and Prom, go on sale in advance of each event and are announced through school communications.

Scholarships & Tuition Assistance

Holy Family offers need-based tuition assistance and scholarships to current families. Applications are typically due in the spring for the following school year.

Student Parking Passes

Students who park a car at HF are required to register their vehicle and purchase a hanging parking permit. Permits are $50 for the year.

Theatre & Concert Tickets

Tickets for school theatre productions and concerts are sold separately from athletic and dance tickets, check the specific event page for pricing and showtimes.

Health & Nurse Forms

Please keep the nurse's office updated any time your student's health information changes — medications, allergies, or a new diagnosis.

Athletic Registration

Required for every student playing a fall sport at Holy Family. Both you and your student have steps to complete, and note that paying the fee is a separate step from registration itself.

1. Create a parent account.
   Sign up in the registration system using your own email address.
2. Complete your athlete's information.
   Fill in your student's basic info and sport selection under your parent account.
3. Upload your child's current physical.
   Do this before your student signs in. A physical is valid for one calendar year from the exam date — not one academic year.
4. Add your student's personal email address.
   Use their personal email. This is how the system sends your student their own required forms to sign.
5. Have your student log in and sign their forms.
   Your student completes this part on their own device or account, after your physical upload is complete.
6. Pay the registration fee
   Paying the fee is a separate step from registration and forms, using its own button below. Registration isn't considered complete until both the forms and the fee are done.

Service Hours
Every Holy Family student completes a minimum of 70 service hours by graduation, living out our Catholic mission through service to others.

Service requirements by grade

• Freshmen: 10 hours
• Sophomores: 15 hours
• Juniors: 20 hours
• Seniors: 25 hours

At least 50% of hours must be completed in the fall semester, and the remainder in the spring.

Only 5 hours per school year can be completed through the school, on- or off-campus, the rest must be at an approved charitable organization, home parish, or church.

ACE Scholarships

Alliance for Choice in Education provides tuition grants to families who qualify for the Federal Free and Reduced Lunch Program. Applications are available through the Holy Family Business Office.

Schmitz Family Foundation scholarships

The Schmitz Family Foundation supports Holy Family students with $4,000 scholarships based on income level. A limited number of applications are available each year.

• Complete the ACE scholarship section on the FACTS Financial Aid Application
• At least one person in the family must be employed
• Federal income tax forms must be included with the application
• Students must maintain at least a 2.0 GPA
• Awards renew each year the family continues to meet income guidelines

Saint Amelia Education Guild

Saint Amelia Education Guild helps make Catholic, private, higher education accessible to more families. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, it contracts with the food service industry at Denver and Colorado Springs area venues to provide team members for food service operations.
