Liturgical Ministries
Students are invited to take an active role in the spiritual life of our school by serving in liturgical ministries. These opportunities allow students to share their unique gifts in service to the school
community, the Church, and God.
- Altar Servers: Assist the priest during Mass, ensuring the celebration flows smoothly.
- Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion: Seniors share the sacred privilege of distributing Holy Communion at Mass.
- Hospitality Ministers: Create a welcoming atmosphere by greeting attendees and assisting with ushering during Communion.
- Lectors: Proclaim Scripture readings with clarity and reverence.
- Music Ministers: Enrich worship with musical talent, whether through singing or playing an instrument.
By participating in these ministries, students grow as faith leaders while strengthening the sense of community within our school.
Other Leadership Opportunities
Students also play a key role in leading many of our Campus Ministry events. These leadership opportunities provide valuable experience, fostering confidence and skills students can carry into their future parishes and ministries.
Retreat Leaders: Upperclassmen can lead small groups during Freshman, Sophomore, and Junior retreats. They help facilitate discussions, organize activities, set up sessions, and share personal testimonies about their faith journey. Most importantly, they inspire their peers through their presence and example, offering support and encouragement during these transformative experiences.
